Not all plain sailing, since we have had the usual problems, tenants moving out, and a major flood due to a leaking faucet not being reported by a tenant, but it is less stressful not being on the ground.

Is the language for the subordinate clause obscure and muddled legalese or is it plain language a layman like myself can notice and understand?
