Clean tidy and orderly.The inspections are also to identify repair needed items, door locks, screens, large items blocking bedroom windows (fire rescue issue), missing electrical covers (why they remove these I have no idea), leaking showers, broken doors, out door child damage to the buildings, etc...They do this as "Asset Management" because they have to.

In one of our properties, what we did with the water bill was split it 60%/40%, the higher % was for a couple with a child and the other was just a couple with no kids.

The other agents you get notices from the real estate commission that the agents license is fixing to be suspended for bad student loan debt, back child support payments owed, non-payment of renewal fee for license, hasn't met continuing education requirements, wage garnishment orders from uncle sam to take the agents part of the commission check for back taxes owed, and on, and on.As a principal commercial broker I can make six figures in commission per deal and keep it all as the owner of my company.

It got turned back on without a fee or anything but it was a distraction and PIA.So, yes, beware.Besides downloading music and movies illegally, the bigger issue is if someone downloads things like child porn.
