A couple points I didn't see being made 1) an LLC provides asset protection, but if you get sued you have to pay the $250-400/hour lawyer fees to fight a legal battle yourself.

As long as you are at a 1.0 DSCR and get a property at a decent price that is half of the battle for a great rental property. 

To be certain there are good folks living here...it is just an up hill battle for them when that stuff is constantly going on. 

I will for sure look into these other companies as they seem to be battle tested as I've head their names before quite a bit.  

So, in the North, best case you’re fighting an uphill battle with a lot of uncertainty.

Russia deploys a program to press the Rubel as a competitor to the USD in it's position, and don't yah know it Ukraine becomes the most important place and border on earth, we "gotta" issue billions weekly to support this "righteous" battle.
