I actually found a Bigger Pockets video on YouTube while browsing other real estate videos, and stumbled upon this enormous wealth of information.

We stumbled onto an amazing deal a few months ago.

Sure you may stumble onto a good deal every once in a while but you have to Johnny on the spot with CASH in hand to get these deals.

I don't remember how I stumbled across BiggerPockets but it is a gold mine of information.

So I seem to have stumbled upon a decent deal on Craigslist, which is great!

@Mike Dymski, thanks for pointing out the flexibility advantage.To both of you -- and anybody else who stumbles across this thread -- I'm going with the principal-plus-interest option because the 4.05% option isn't actually interest-only.

I stumbled upon this thread after searching 'cold feet' in the forums because that's exactly where I am right now.

I would like to add something for any future readers that may stumble across this post and read through.
