In fact the Salt Lake City board of realtors publish an increase of 5% purchase price already for this year

Every January, we publish our Las Vegas investment forecast for the upcoming year.

Assuming they have in the business for more then a few months, they KNOW that it is BS and just publish what ever the owner provides.

Is it fair to say that if I approach an architect with ideas for the floor plan and layout (sketched diagram), the price for publishing plans would be cheaper? 

This software is so affordable and has features like: automatic payments from your tenants bank account, tenant screening, publishing vacancies to sites such as realtor, zillow, Craigslist, etc., and keeps individual spreadsheets for each of your properties.

More so the publishing requirement as Basit stated above.

You may not be aware because they don't typically publish opinions and it's in the defendants best interests to settle.  

Regardless, you are able to publish policies that prohibit certain people from being in your property.

I've never used FlIpKey or Booking.com but did sign up one of our properties on Lodgify and that was 45 days ago and I still haven't finished creating the website so it hasn't been published.
