You can legally deny someone for something like not filling out an application completely, especially after specifically requesting them to completely fill it out.The same can be said for requiring people to read an ad completely and not contact you unless they believed they met all of your requirements, etc. 

One question is, for the stove top, should it be glass or coils? 

Cleaning out the condenser coil on the outside HVAC unit can be done with a garden hose.

Greaser will get oil based stains, CLR for metal or mineral stains.

It will definitely be a good option near metal exterior doors if the doors have a very small clearance between the subfloor and the door since the vinyl planks are about 3-4 times thinner.

Here in Texas, people are building "barndominiums," which are pretty awesome little metal home buildings.

We found a great scrap metal guy that way - he is the first one we call now and he hauls off a lot of the bulky junk for free, including the cruddy old appliances.Andy
