Im very biased though I live really close. 

For color, I don’t know how Ohio ranks and it seems Cincinnati is continuing to lean towards tenant biased protections, but I have never once had to evict anyone (posted notice once) and never been to court.

They are able to shop the total market and are not biased to any one carrier.

I found that every time I talk to an attorney about this, depending on what their agenda is, they would be biased.

Teachers are true hero's for the effort and time they invest and I think they deserve better access to net worth generators (ok, I'm biased, my wife is a teacher too).

As a lender, I always require an inspection of a property before funding, so I have a bias toward getting an inspection.

To add to the BRRR strategy and suggest looking into duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes.Favorable financing, easy to self manage and ability to rehab when resources allows.I might be a bit biased on this strategy, it was my first move and a great launching point to bigger things.
