The goal is the bump up NOI at some future date thus dramatically increasing the parks value... then you flip it.Never offer for non producing assets like vacant land.  

The MM program has changed to dramatically since I first got involved but nowadays I really don’t have the time to participate the way I would like anyway.

Why do you think there has been a dramatic rise in turnkey providers the last few years?

I found that life is dramatically easier when I surround myself with people that are smarter than me and have a great deal of experience in whatever subject matter I need help with.

I was in the 6,000 or so range and my post count along with many other BP members shot up dramatically.

If you put the effort into building a team, you dramatically  increase your chances of success.

Even in one given MLS area prices can differ dramatically for instance here in New Orleans Area 70 which runs parallel along the Mississippi River from the French Quarter downriver less than 2 miles prices can vary greatly depending on location within it.

But I also see huge potential..especially if it gets cleaned up and who knows, someday it could become a desired area again and prices could increase dramatically.

@Kyle Doney will be able to find a good Flat Fee service, sell (or rent) his properties and BOOST his ROI and COC dramatically ... it is a no brainer.
