I believe that I've found that opportunity in real estate investments.I've chosen to begin my journey in real estate investing through wholesaling.

I could have gone 90% at I believe 4.5% if i hadnt chosen interest only.Now that I am getting the dollars lined up I need to find that first property!

Our state securities commission is populated by some very ignorant people who have chosen to regulate real estate transactions which they know very little about.

I do not have a particular property chosen as of yet, but I know I want Worcester, MA.

A single set of documents for the Commercial MF property, maybe 1 hour.I have learned a lot taking the path chosen. 

The houses I have and the ones that I will have in the next few years will all (hopefully) be paid off right around the time I hit my chosen retirement date.  

Until you get some experience in your chosen niche try to stay in control and do not assume anything will get done until you gain on trust of others.  

William,Great advice and thanks.I just got back from the viewing and in fact, I created a good first impression to the point that I did show the agent the development I did before and felt could fit on the property I am interested in.Total confidence has been gained from the agent.The property is in trust, so the agent was just chosen purely on their valuation of the property; I have created the incentive that if I get the property, then they have four to sell later.  

My very first tenant was chosen because I needed a tenant, and she was the only one who applied.
