@Dan Baldini Hi Dan - really it was just a hypothetical question that popped up while reading about property management, and I wondered what the collective wisdom of BP was.

I was wondering when you bought the laundromat were you able to get financing like sba or did you have to pay cash since it was such a small amount in general?

I am wondering if it's as simple as just purchasing the car under my own name like a regular car and next year just add that car to a schedule C while I keep everything else still in Schedule E.
