A CRT can be a good estate planning tool if your wedded to certain charities. 

If we have a draw inspection from the lender on a monday, the money is wired to me on tues, then back to the contractor on wed, so it should hit the contractors account by thurs.There's no way with that type of turn around there's no way guys should be walking off the job. 

Also- make sure you and her are on the same page in terms of what's reasonable for a wedding....you might end up with that 10k paying for a venue and food.

This unit is in NJ near 5 wedding venues, so it gets a lot of wedding guest bookings and can sleep up to 10 people.

Unfortunately the proposed venue is booked for a wedding so I am moving it to their brand new sister bar Tequila Mockingbird (They have a full bar not just tequila).

We purchased some foreclosures for cash in the early 80s  (FHA was 16%)  as 'newly weds' and most involved divorces..  

They do have a face to face meetup every Wed at 10am-12 plus evening training groups most week nights.

These women will need a photographer to shoot their wedding photos.
