I have searched the trademarks database, the specific combination of letters is not currently taken, but one letter off is taken and that is for a candle company.

Seems to work well, they can use the area for decoration; battery operated candles and such if the cover is unscrewed but otherwise it's made to look clean, fresh and nice but not to be used.

One of my properties I have amazing tenants; granted I do many nice things for them in return but they are amazing nonetheless.As an example they gave us a hand made gift basket for Christmas with candles, body lotions, wine, etc that they made.

Any price above than is the seller attempting to clear existing debt and inflated profit margin.The "10" is the GRM :)  Local and specific values may wax & wane due to actual negotiated sales price, but is a threshold for this evaluation technique.

The contrived drama, lack of detail and overall fast pace of today's tv shows just doesn't hold a candle to Bob and Norm tackling old wainscotting or crown moulding or keeping a turn of the century house from sliding down a cliff.
