I can't tell you how many multifamily homes I've passed on because the parking situation was bad.Look at a crime map (Zillow or Trulia, I forget which) and see if there are significant amounts of violent crime or property crime.When you take a look at the insides... make sure you're dealing with hardwood or laminate.

Sounds good on paper, but the SF renters would violently disagree, wouldn't you say @Amit M., @Johnson H. and @J.

It also has one of the highest crime rates in Chicago with violent crime at 1,050/100k and property crime at 4,394/100k.

The BB court BBQ and other brand new items including the play structure were basically destroyed or stolen with in 30 days.  2 murders other violent crime then within 18 months right back down to 50% or less vacancy.. he had a private money loan from a larger lender here in Oregon at 10% so not to bad... he is now in it all in about a million..

I know generally it is an unsafe area with high violent crime. 

They aren't exactly violent crimes.

The only time a situation has ever ever become violent and I literally took the harassment wayyy longer than I should have.

The kind that don't get violent.

The reason being is I don't want any backlash going back to my mother because my dad has violent tendencies and I want to solve this in the most civil way possible.
