I prefer to limit my exposure based on the amount of equity I hold in each LLC vice the number of properties, which is really arbitrary.

Circle yourself with people who you are willing to share and vice versa when a situation has to be addressed.

If your group or team is always at odds with each other it's almost impossible to make things work, anybody who has been at a great command and then goes to a bad one and vice versa knows what i mean by this !!
