"Drug related criminal activity" means the illegal manufacture, sale, distribution, use, or possession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute, or use an illegal or controlled substance.2.Shall not allow entry of anyone in violation of court protection orders3.Shall not engage in any act intended to facilitate criminal activity4.Shall not permit the dwelling unit to be used for, or to facilitate criminal activity, regardless or whether the individual engaging in such activity is a member of the household, or a guest5.Shall not permit excessive traffic or visitors (i.e. more than 3-4 drive ups or walk ups per day)6.Shall not engage in excessive drinking, public disturbances, verbal abuse, or spiteful threats7.Shall not engage in the unlawful manufacturing, selling, using, storing, keeping, or giving of an illegal or controlled substance, at any locations, whether on or near the dwelling unit premises8.Shall not grow medically-approved or other marijuana in or around the premises; Limit supply for own medical purposes per RCW 69.51A.040; Not smoke/vaporize medical marijuana anywhere in or around the premises.9.Shall not engage in any illegal activity, including prostitution, criminal street gang activity, threatening or intimidating, assault, including but not limited to the unlawful discharge of a weapon, on or near the dwelling unit premises, or any breach of the lease agreement that otherwise jeopardizes the health, safety, and welfare of the landlord, his agent, or other resident, or involving imminent or actual serious property damage.10.VIOLATION OF THE ABOVE PROVISIONS SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND CAUSE FOR IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF TENANCY.

Check out Citi's quarterly balance sheet - they're down 120B in assets, have reclassified ALL prior year quarterly/YE balance sheetswithout saying a word as to why.Heck, just watch the Q3/Q4 blowout of the TARP monies alone, then try to figure out how they got the TARP funds, REDUCED debt AND assets and vaporized the CASH without showing a single increased liability.

Mystery Insulation Inside HVAC Duct

Take your pick.We have been rodent-free for a few months now though and keep finding bits of insulation: sealed all entry points, cleaned out all the nests/poop/urine, etc. replaced the vapor barrier and have had traps out but haven't caught any or seen any sign of them having returned.

Our clause is in our crime free addendum and reads as follows:Shall not grow medically-approved or other marijuana in or around the premises; Limit supply for own medical purposes per RCW 69.51A.040; Not smoke/vaporize medical marijuana anywhere in or around the premises.

Tell them you have no problem if they use a vaporizor (or any other method), but smoking of any kind is prohibited.Do any medical marijuana prescriptions from MDs in CA that allow people to buy at clubs specifically prescribe smoking v. edibles or vaporizer, etc.?
