I believe there is some larger transportation projects starting out that way.

I see Property B as higher potential because it is near a school and transportation.  

Somehow, none of the necessary infrastructure was completed to  make either of those work ( you need high speed transportation to LAX and/or downtown LA). 

Also, I'm aiming for big streets, or transportation hubs (subway station, train stops, etc).

you could just owner finance the land and not worry about the cost if buying, transporting, and being responsible for utilities and infrastructure.

I do take issue with someone claiming they somehow "rank worldwide" or have achieved some sort of certification in SEO, in such an unregulated industry.

I was a renter in Minneapolis for ~ 6 years, the biggest thing for me was location.I would gamble on the Blue Line Light Rail expanions, as it will allow better transport in and out of downtown to those further out.

Even 10 miles away is only going to be a short commute.On the other hand, if students don't tend to have cars, then closer is better; or something on a public transport line.Regarding neighborhoods - if you are ok renting to men, then a well kept property in a dodgy neighborhood is ok.
