@Chad Stark we are transplants here in Kansas City, MO for the last 3 years.

We have had a fair number of viewings, along with two "almost" tenants (one backed out and got their deposit back within 24 hours, and the other was a long distance transplant who just decided to never show up to sign the paperwork and take possession of the property).
