Did you go with an LLC right when starting out or was there a more appropriate transition point say one or two years later? 

I put up for sale with no bites then transitioned to a STR strategy then Kiavi told me they don't refinance unless it's a LTR so I found a renter and went to refinance. 

I am currently transitioning between tenants where Tenant A (moving out after 2 years with no issues) referred and is the sibling of Tenant B.

Hello,I am currently located in the Denver, Colorado area, looking to start doing some fix and flips to generate some extra income and eventually transition to a full time real estate investor. 

Task:-Goal: Purchase 5 properties (~10 doors) by end of 2025Action:-My plan is to use traditional financing under my name to access the best rates then transition to using either HELOC/DSCR/Hard Money.

I'm assuming this means the premium will skyrocket like many others, but wanted to see if anyone experienced this transition or company in the past.  

Honestly being only an hour away is pretty ideal to be able to slowly transition to full hands-off operation through automations and having local contacts for on-site work, just gotta start testing things out and see what works best!

When I transition a warehouse/NNN property, I spend maybe 5-10 hours a week for 2 months.  

I started by flipping properties here in Saint Petersburg and then transitioned into other strategies.
