I charge for them, because so many of the deals don't pan out.I charge my time plus scope of work, usually works out to be about $275-$500 depending on size of property and how large it is. 

All of this is to say that there is still a needed market there, however it will need to be more than just a tin shed.

As many have said before this is a relationship game, so build more relationships and see what pans out. networking will never be a waste of time.

I'm going to be dropping the hammer on some guests who stayed over Christmas, were SUPER PICKY about everything and had me scrambling on Christmas Day to find pots and pans that didn't have superficial scratches on them... and then left the place a total mess, didn't follow any of my check-out instructions, my housekeepers picked up an entire garbage bag worth of trash - and it was just two people!
