I work as on occupational therapist, and my first goal is to be able to cashflow enough that I can be financially free in 3-5 years, and then grow from there.

A “ financial planner “ can take a 30 day coarse to be certified as an expert lol a massage therapist needs two years to be .. think about that .

make sure she isn't going to claim it as an emotional support animal, and if she does have her get proof from a licensed therapist.

Also, being that you are a licensed massage therapist (according to your profile), it might make sense to do something like this, as it can provide other forms of asset protection to protect you further from any potential claims that could arise in the future.Also, sometimes the easiest and simplest solution would be to find a co-signer.  

and they are all over town, and i im pretty big believer in the rule"if you have to advertise it, its not as good as its craked up to be"for example you see on tv advertisements for people to go to massage therapy school and "get the career of their dreams" have you ever talked to a message therapist?

Yup, that new…ANYWAY, I’m looking for advice on an idea I have about renovating a space for a future tenant.We have a commercial space with 4 offices sharing a shared waiting room.One of which my business partner (and wife) operates her therapy practice out of.We were approached by an established massage therapy practice who is interested in renting all three offices.My wife doesn’t feel like she wants to be the only metal health therapist in HER building.

I'm a therapist, and one of my first interactions was with a home owner with chronic mental health concerns, so I found it fun and interesting, but I'm not sure everyone would feel the same way. 

As of now, I am a Full-time Licensed Massage Therapist with my office located in Alpharetta, but I am looking to have Real estate mastered in order to expand my streams of income.
