There is no question the sticker price is what is primarily scaring me. 

But today when I went to the house there was a sticker on the door stating "all work must stop no permit for the roof".  

My biggest issue right now is tracking SOI and leadsI was leaning heavily toward using Podio and actually spent many hours of the past few days reading, and watching videos about Podio and i was all excited to signup for the software due to all the functions it is capable of doing with Globiflow, but when i called in to signup today, they sticker shocked me by telling me that it would be $120+/Month to gain access to the globiflow program. 

I thought about stickers but they're pretty expensive when you're buying thousands.

Also, sticker price is really important to me because I don't want to put all my eggs in one basket if I don't have to.

You'd think in the scheme of things this would be an easy thing to solve, but I've tried in vain to come up with a good key labeling system and I'm hoping someone has got a solution.I've tried frog tape on the key heads, which sticks great, but even with pigmented ink, the writing wears off after a while and becomes illegible.I've tried those circular stickers that people use for garage sales. 

Sometimes the remans are still in a vacuum packed bag that has a sticker label with the person's name and identity number, but there will still be the metal tag in the bag too incase the label is marred.  

And realize that since most places don't charge for water, what you're telling them is that the "real" rent is effectively 50-100 higher than the advertised/sticker rent.As far as bank account information, I don't blame the tenant for balking at your asking for account number or balance.
