Given that he is a bad tenant, I would encourage him to leave by putting your positive spin on it.

Without understanding what local buyers want you just spin wheels, piss off the seller, and can't close deals.

I don't think (and my opinion should be taken with an enormous grain of salt) negative rates will happen unless this whole thing really spins out of control.

It is like watching CNN where 24/7 they get hit with all this information-and not always accurate info, but a spin to get more people watching the news.As for investments, it can be stressful not knowing what is happening next; but there have been problems in the past and there will be more in the future.
