The colleges add to that in different areas, but demand and price tend to rise and fall somewhat independent of the universities.The exception are the universities near the med center, including Rice and all of the graduate schools.

@Michael Rice, it is nice but I’m paying it off as fast as possible I don’t want that family member hung out like a 30 year mortgage would be, I’m shooting to have that remainder paid off in 12 years.

Tenants were bringing in bags of rice, storing trash on the balconies etc & I believe he was still fighting them a couple of years later when he gave up & sold the place.
