TBH this seems like a valuable product and the google reviews and FB page is telling of this however the price point is quite steep at almost 10k this product has to work!!!!

As you narrow down your REI type, try to do the broad review approach to see if you have the resources to do that type or scale.  

My suggestion would be to select someone with the most forum posts or most reviews.

Read other reviews from a few year ago on other sites from people who have tried to locate him.

If we go bodies of water it's closer to 48,000.

Hey @Robert Carmody, we are only on AirBNB and VRBO and they work just fine.I have been reluctant to do a Booking.com listing due to the negative reviews I have heard from other hosts.Booking.com was geared towards hotel stays, which means your STR gets treated like a hotel room.

What your mentioning about their awards and reviews tell me is that they're great business operators, which is great for your investment.
