The house was completely remodeled and needed nothing.

I have experience with dry way and paint as well as kitchen remodeling which seemed to be the priciest when talking to the contractor.That being said, would the Arv be affected due to minimizing labor and material cost?

Updated Property with more amenities, maximized beds from 2 queens to 3 beds ( 1 king + 2 queens) , and remodeled exterior with a much more appealing hangout space that includes hot tub/outdoor dining/geodesic dome. 2.

Full gut and remodel with high end fixtures and finishes.

Estimates are bout 400k for full gut remodel (hvac, plumbing, electrical, roof, mostly new windows, kitchens, and baths, minor re-framing) New plan is for (2) 2B1B units and will rent for 2k and 2500/mo. 1 unit is a larger 2 bedroom.
