Rent collection, tenant communication, template leases, electronic lease signatures, marketing, tax form prep, move-in/move-out forms, automated email reminders, background/credit checks, this list goes on.  

If you ever stop rolling over to new dsts and paying that 10-18% in fees, then you’ll owe all those taxes anyway…It reminds me of the large local swap meets, gun shows, craft shows, etc etc etc….    

I have to remind myself of this whenever I’m sorting through bids! 

To me, when that hits, the one thing that helps keep me moving forward is that it reminds that there's a reason that everybody else isn't doing this.

All that to say, I completely agree, and it was good to get this reminder for when I am looking at more properties to add to my portfolio! 

It reminds me a lot of affiliate marketing type landing pages and doesn't inspire me with confidence.- Is this '777 Challenge' just an upsell gimmick that aims to lock me into some long-term subscription service with their company?

We are looking at a property that has the typical old interior stairs that are just short of being a ladder (reminds me of Navy ship stairs).
