Unfortunately, the brokers have been relentless middlemen...I thought about asking the owner to hold a private note but the market is pretty competitive and there were (somewhat) lower cash offers presented, so I was told...Thanks again!

Fortunately for the Passive Equity Investors, all the time and energy the operators spend finding an opportunity (likened to a needle in a haystack but they are out there), vetting contractors, finding quality property managers, networking with commercial brokers, relentlessly contacting sellers, underwriting deals, researching markets, building relationships and trust with their Equity partners, etc… to bring a quality multifamily partnership opportunity to fruition is taken care of.With trust and the proper relationships in place... the rewarding passive benefits of an Equity investor/owner can be obtained by those that have the capital to put to work!

What seems to be a common theme with realtors who don't offer Buyer Rebates is that consumers should feel obligated to use them regardless, without expecting them rebate, because of their internal costs and/or the commission split they're under with their Real Estate Brokerage.As a Florida Mortgage Broker, like most, for years we've suffered under relentless efforts by realtors who have coerced and steered our Pre-Approved borrowers to their "preferred" lenders.
