I had a State Inspector check it out ($54) before the utility reconnected at the street & had his inspection report sent to the Town & my insurance carrier.I then completely rewired the dwelling to eliminate all the old < 1970's Al runs that were common back then.

I also have some other RE connections in Gloucester County.

Inspection time is a good opportunity for both parties to reconnect, nurture the relationship and demonstrate they are fulfilling the terms of the agreement.

I never thought about getting RE connections via title companies though.

We're moving soon, and I had hoped that rather than relying on the moving company, which has already told me they won't disconnect the gas line for the dryer or reconnect it at the new place, there would be someone who specializes in this service--disconnect, relocate, reconnect. 

I reconnected w/ a friend whom I came across on BP and we had similar goals, so we decided to partner up to scale faster and get a bigger deal together.
