I believe the law of reciprocity; what you put out there will be returned to you.

I'm in the process of getting reciprocity as a Realtor in GA!!!

It was my understanding that you would only need to take the Georgia law portion of the exam since Georgia/Florida had reciprocity.

From my research, it looks like Kentucky considers Ohio a reciprocal state, but Ohio does not consider Kentucky a reciprocal state.

But to my knowledge, as long as your license is: in a reciprocal state, licensed and in "active" status, then yes, you can receive equivalency status for the main components that make up the requisites for sitting for your HI broker exam (Prelicensing Education, Broker Experience, Uniform Section equivalency).

Don't call yourself an "investor",  Ray you are the trustee of your family trust ----- and that is true - you invest for your family and yourself.You got to GIVE TO GET as Charlie (Tremendous) Jones use to say .... and it works - just like the universal law of reciprocity - good deeds - will come back to you.

We may have a reciprocal licensing with Ohio.
