I have experience in the full life cycle of taking a piece of raw land all the way to occupancy of the end user. 

I'm very tenacious and have an eye for looking at a raw piece of land or dilapidated building and seeing the highest and best use for the property.

Just curious if anyone has every had experience with raw land that shows up on the tax records as the owner being "unknown"?

Working with Companies like Comcast, AT&T, Sprint, NRG, Appliance Repair Services, Lawn Care, And now full time sell vehicles for Volkswagen as well as a fruitful used lot of Audi’s, BMW’s, Porches mostly foreign engineering.

I reckon starting out within the "Raw Land" niche with a "Flipping" strategy.

This is not to say networking with the right people isn't fruitful, but I personally like to be in control of all my deals. 

Not only the equation, but programming that equation into the system so it adjusts the starting temperature according to the current gas and electric rates.)Before doing any of that, I'd make sure the low-hanging fruit has already been picked- LED lighting, water-efficient fixtures(sinks, toilets, shower heads,) possibly spray-foam insulation to reduce drafts, to name a few.MG
