And NEVER put a property in an S Corp.It's like getting in the weeds and creating LLCs to start a business...just go get a customer to pay you money to do something and figure the rest out as you go.  

They get paid to do it, and you could be the next customer.

I dont like the ideal of prospecting 5 days a week and im a single dad so the weekends are a no-go. 4 days for calling 3 days for follow up and appointments. 

I’m very big on having the proper customer support and making sure if I buy something I can contact their support to get more info/refunds etc.
