@Christopher Jenkins I think it's pretty normal that people have to try out different types of real estate to find their sweet spot - that area of real estate that propels them toward their goals but is also enjoyable and fits your skills and interests.

I am sure depending on the neighborhood you can get an apartment complex or even an office building for under 1 million that could propel you forward on the road to 7 figures.

On one hand, I am relatively young and willing to take on some risk for the potential to more quickly propel myself to a level where I can leave my w2 job and transition to full-time REI.
