Hello,I am new (or hoping to be) to real estate and live in Manhattan.

I live 6 months in Manhattan and 6 months in The Woodlands, Texas.

Not sure I will live in it unless it's close enough for my daily commute into Manhattan.

Having been spending time in New York our friends introduced to the Hipster Phenomena .driving over the Manhattan Bridge there was a giant line of traffic to get into Williamsburg.

(Assuming your preferred method of investing does not involve wholesaling large parts of Manhattan).

I am a 16 year old high school student from the Manhattan, Kansas area.

I'm sure there are some real cash gushers on the Upper East Side of Manhattan but thats not in the cards right now.

It occurs to me that judging Metro Detroit based on the bad parts of Detroit is like judging New York based on the Bronx and ignoring Manhattan.

If you're focus is going to be Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens its really about who you know because NYC real estate is what I refer to as the "Wild West".
