I personally again in my opinion only.. but these guys could be fake lenders.. for sure HML  do not have a requirement that they can only lend to a corp..

Personally, if the property is in a bad area, this will give you headaches no matter what.

Investment product marketers who claim to be GPs, GPs who claim “ownership”, insurance salesman who claim to be “financial advisors”, people who attended an executive training program claiming to have an MBA, what ever happened to honesty?  

.: I'd be tempted into doing an STR (maybe with a higher down payment to ensure cashflow, just run ROI numbers) or an apartment complex - I personally wouldn't mess w/ small stuff.

Personally, I would not keep a rental that is not expected to cash flow.
