With Tiny Homes, a person can get all the upgrades that want like that in a larger home.

We sold 3 locations that had little debt on them with great cashflow, stayed heavy in cash, our stock return was only around 11% versus 25% since we went conservative, have two projects banks have already greenlighted with no downpayment on our part using cross collateralization with other properties- built in $2.5mm equity creation in 3 years in those projects, on hold for now.  .   

I personally walked and researched every property prior to investing to understand what I was buying, what could be done to add value and what I should expect in cash flow and appreciation.Learning what makes a good investment for you is absolutely necessary. 

I remember some of my staff trying to rent rooms and they would get 70 applications and interview potential roommates in person to see if it was a good fit.

Go to local REAI groups and other in person events.

@Ben Callahan, you could find a partner who is looking to buy a similar property, be a co-signer to your partner, and have that person live in it and be a primary resident. 

Someone to stock supplies, an appliance repair person, heating/air conditioning repair, plumber, lawn care person, carpenter, salesman, and occasionally an electrician. 

Do you provide personalized guidance, or is the mentorship more of a one-size-fits-all approach?

I personally would recommend it but it isnt the best run 3 day. 

You might get transferred a couple times until you reach the right person.
