I wish I had so solid of a vision when I was that young. 

Keep in mind that no one has x-ray vision and stuff will always be revealed once walls/cabinets/tile starts coming down. 

All three are interesting markets with promising growth in the years to come and they're urban metro areas which I tend to like.Each of these cities have sub-clusters in their peripheral that often times make for good low-cost but high-yield investment zones.

I am a New York resident working in the medical field with a vision of one day being able to provide my family with more then I ever could being a real estate investor than an employee.

Visions of Slumdog Millionaire shot through my mind.

At the time the property was valued @ $70,000 range by Valuation Vision, who's BPOs I take with a grain of salt.

We did much of the initial planning on our own and without much of a vision because it just seemed like a good idea.  

Running numbers, R&D, having a vision and direction for my businesses, and negotiation.    

And pursue your passion, your dream, your vision, and feed your burning desire to succeed. 

But we are looking for a bigger vision than "jobs" and so to come to an entrepreneurial site like this seems wise.Grateful for any guidance you might be able to give.
