This is standard architectural shingles, ice and water up 3' to code, felt, shingles, ridge vent, drop edge all around, new boots, flashing at chimneys and walls, no soffit work.To get close on roof SQ find he perimeter of the house dimensions and get the SF of that (not just house SF as two stories, added garages etc all factor in). 100SF is a Sq and that's how roofing is usually priced.

You may find that the perimeter of the foundation is fine but stop gaps (like the cinder block and jacks) were used to prop-up sagging floors - and that an immediate corrective action is not needed.

Also—a hump in the middle if the room is usually one of two things:-the floor was saggy and owners jacked up the middle but overcompensated-the exterior walls have settled deeper than the middle because the exterior perimeter soil is wetter over the years due to rainfall off the eaves
