I’m sure there are a few successes stories in his group but for the majority of people that get in his group they are just wasting their money!

I also have no interest in being in the car wash business, or the laundry business, or the AirBnB business, things like that which seem to appeal to a good number of people, but not me.I like to KISS, and just focus on market rate rentals, 12 to 18 month leases.

You will only get people calling to yell at you if you have an area code from CA.  

Foreclosures aren't a super big source of leads though and most end up on the MLS anyways so they many people will see them.

Best of luck there, it's a great town with good people.

This way I can see pictures of the applicant, their living conditions, people they're associated with and their job.

There are a lot of hard money loan options that people may not even be aware of.

He does a lot of webinars, zooms where you can ask questions and has people to do Trusts, etc, entity formation.
