I have a strong financial back ground but have not spent any length of time in the real estate market so the thought of shoving $25k into one transaction gives me anxiety, if I’m honest!

There’s a lot of anxiety as to whether customers are going to come back and whether they’re going to spend like they used to.

I don't even want to get started with the predisposed anxieties,complex egoes and capricious tendencies of a tenant.A landlord in anticipation of tenant breaking things need to caution the tenant and that communication even when euphemistically put can turn out into a conflict with the tenantIs it just me who feels that way?

This has nothing to do with anxiety, but yes, I think every one should rethink and question him or herself, in general. 

I'm very overwhelmed, as I'm sure a lot of you were when you started, but after I get over that initial anxiety, I've had some great moments of clarity where things start to click and make sense, and keep propelling me forward. 

These are my first projects, I referral from the BP community would ease my anxiety some.
