If the u.s. government has blacklisted Dubai, UAE, what does mean if its an offshore banking center?

There they met with accountants and lawyers who work with offshore banks. 

Type 1 actually consists of two different types:1a) Large companies committed to profits, offering low and/or flat fees to get investors to hire them in mass quantities, but are using poorly trained offshore workers to handle everything remotely.1b) large companies committed to service, not offering teaser rates, so they have the cashflow to offer better services.

They don't produce any results and usually disappear within a week.I am now getting robo called from wholesalers in 5 or 6 of the markets I fund in.. its obvious its off shore VA types...

Then set up some asset protection entities they need to cover the rest, be it offshore foreign asset protection trusts, DSTs, or LLCs, LP, S-Corps, Etc.

Best suggestions is to use a trust (not filed anywhere), LLC in different state with PO box as manager, or organize offshore in an asset protection friendly jurisdiction like Nevis.

Then set up some asset protection entities they need to cover the rest, be it offshore foreign asset protection trusts, DSTs, or LLCs, LP, S-Corps, Etc.
