"please enter your email to get your content upgrade..." type of thing and if that person takes the content upgrade.. pixel them in your confirmation/thank you page and exclude them from your future facebook ads since they are already in your system.And make sure everyone who took the content upgrade are nurtured through your email autoresponder system... more free content of what you do - process/systems/what to avoid etc. - could even be just your other blog posts packaged in your email.

Most of your referrals early on (family, friends, neighbors, etc.) will  be on the residential side so it may be the best way to generate business quickly.Resi and comm BOTH rely on making calls, establishing relationships and nurturing those relationships.That said, I know people who have jumped straight into commercial and have done very well for themselves.

Many realtors are so busy and overwhelmed, and not willing to go the extra mile (Truly figuring out what the sellers want, aside from just more money), in a hot market like this, to increase the odds of getting an accepted offer.60% of the time, sellers want something beyond money that does not get nurtured, or even asked about.

Numbers do play an important factor, but no one wants to buy ANYTHING from someone they don't trust, not even a piece of gum.All in all, I believe the wholesaler adds value to a transaction because in all honesty, investors don't have much time to source leads and nurture them, etc.
