A fantastic Wall Street Journal article reviews the renewed interest in vocational training, manufacturing and hands-on labor fields.

There are lots of experienced property owners, lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, tax experts and more here so don't be shy to ask questions and I'm sure an expert in that field will be able to help.

I am newer to this but have done years of research, read books, and read numerous posts on this forum.

There are numerous packages available.

They have appealed to me since I learned about them and I have learned a lot from Jim Pfiefer and Left Field Investors.  

I’m eager to dive into the local real estate scene and advance my journey in this field.
