Everyone thinks they can paint but there's a big difference between a professional paint job and a non-professional one (the latter usually actually damages the property instead of improving it). 

If I have a problem with my newspaper delivery or something equally non-critical, I'd like an answer or fix  now, but if it's later today or tomorrow, not a big deal.

From what I’ve heard in a piece by Forbes, focusing on unique features can lead to higher long-term rental satisfaction... especially if your tenants want a few animals or more outdoor space.

Wholesalers are going to have to be legal honest and perform if they want to get a deal done.The rule about non licensed appraising is huge.
