I see a lot of great multi family opportunities here.

Normally it's single family or multi-family that's the easiest place to begin.

Multi-family real estate is something I am planning on doing after I graduate college and eventually full-time. 

Hey @Raghavendra Pillappa, late to the party here but everyone said it best.I wouldn't move forward on this until you find out all the details on if the septic can be expanded and if things were done correctly to add the bedrooms.

Think multi unit residential, commercial properties, or purchasing houses “subject to” existing mortgage.  

I am primarily targeting multi-family in the Allentown and Easton PA area. 

As I have 'bought back my time' for the most part, I can start volunteering.

Urban Lot Splits (ULS) allow you to divide a lot into 2 parcels, and Multi-Dwelling Unit Developments (MDUD) are allowed up to 2 units per lot.

Ultimately being a win win for both parties. 

They can help with deal analysis, doing in-depth video walkthroughs, estimating scope of work and renovations, building your real estate team, learning neighborhoods, etc.With that being said, I would recommend Columbus Ohio!
