.: @Justin Buckner.... i do think a 40% reduction in prices or rents is very, very unlikely.To predict housing prices/rents WONT drop by 40% anytime soon is like predicting the sun will rise in the East, not the N,W or S tomorrow morning......

It does not have direct flights so does that make it a no go for first property<

so all in he is about 100k including the 10k profit I will make I just saw the HUD this morning and he will get his 10k back and make 32k Net profit.. 2.

I have been looking at Lake Homes in Georgia and Places in Myrtle Beach as there is a direct flight from  Tampa to MB  that would be great!
