Reality is far from the guru speak.As an example, buying a note originated prior to the land mines being tossed out, would be fine, understanding the process which is not difficult but it is the valuation and collateral assessment that needs to be studied and understand that you may not be able to modify that old note, as a new modification or extension of debt can be seen as making a new loan or lending arrangement.

In turn (if it's at all legal for me to assume a modified loan, I will rent it out at the rates listed above.Regarding the back taxes the bank has paid her back taxes I believe 2 years ago as the home was in risk of going to "tax sale" (I've already verified this on the Los Angeles County Property Assessor website).

After Dave & Frank took over the site this was modified to 70 instead of 60 and I am not sure if they eliminated valuing the vacant lots in the MHP.

If not simply remind them of this fact that on the date the fence was constructed there were no bylaws disallowing the fence to be constructed in that way.Also state that any attempt to remove or modify the fence that was legally constructed will prompt legal action.On that note be sure to consult your own attorney and verify that.

The best thing is they offer a money back gurantee contract and there not even expensive and its only a one time payment of 795.00. it was the best deal i ever got, I was 5 months behind in forclouser and they were able to get my loan modified and drop my payment from 2346 a month down to 1156.00 a month and my rate went to 3.7% fixed.
