I got great value from a $200 course on how to use Quickbooks for managing SF rentals. 

It will give you one stop calendar management and automated messaging which is a huge time saver. 

I have 3 homes managed by a property manager.

Biggest struggle is finding deals that make sense where the numbers work and in locations that would work for STR.

If you have vacancy or in need of a large repair, will you have the cash to also manage that?
