A good way to start is to figure out exactly what you want out of real estate investing, learn what you need to learn to get there, and make a plan to get there.If you're more of a hands on learner, you could try to partner with someone on a deal, or offer to intern for another investor that is making things happen.

The podcast has already helped answer some and add loads more questions that I'm continuing to research while holding back my normal learning style (I'm more of a hands on learner)
