One more point is we still have lot less expensive house in USA (Except New York, California) in comparison to other countries like Canada, Australia, China, Europe, India etc... we have most liberal mortgage terms like 30 year fix interest etc...

Nope, that insight only goes to folks with a little loyalty because I know that if they don't close on this one with me, they will close on the next, so I may as well let them know that the appraisal isn't credible to me.With jumbo: each private end lender is deciding for themselves how conservative or liberal they want to be with their guidelines, and processing/underwriting speed too, and then adjusts interest rate pricing (risk based pricing and/or paying overtime to underwriters) from there.
