@Faustin Hoover Wholesaling is running rampant in this city...while this is a personal prediction, we're reaching a point where enough brokers/agents are getting irritated and pushing back...the Division of Real Estate is the regulatory agency...typical state government...almost a total lack of accountability and oversight.
